Discover the magic of the as yet undiscovered regions of Enchanting India with this tour. Starting in the capital city of Delhi, the tour takes you to Agra where you will see the magnificent Taj. Other highlights included are the cities of Khajuraho and Varanasi which are home to various fascinating monuments and temples.

Itinerary
On arrival, you will be welcomed by Vacations International representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Relax and unwind as you wish. Overnight, stay at the hotel. (Vehicle for transfer only)
After breakfast at hotel, Proceed for sightseeing of Old and New Delhi including a cycle rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes of Old Delhi (Red Fort is closed on Mondays)
After Breakfast transfer to the airport to board flight to Varanasi and on arrival transfer to hotel. Afternoon - join your Varanasi Tour Director and experience a city tour of Varanasi that includes visits to some of the ancient temples that lie along the banks of the holy river. You will walk through the narrow lanes and through the crowded bazaars to discover a way of life that has not changed much over the past few millenniums. Sunset cruise on the Ganga - Two of the highlights of your time in Varanasi are the sunset and sunrise cruises on the Ganga. You can float your own oil lamps while you watch the ancient prayer and oil lamp ceremony at sunset. Your boat enables you to enjoy a great view of the hundreds of lamps as they are sent floating on the holy river. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.
Start your day with an early morning boat cruise on the Ganga. Return to your hotel to freshen up and pack. Late morning - You are assisted with your checkout from your hotel and driven to the airport. You are assisted in boarding the flight to Khajuraho. On arrival transfer to the hotel, afternoon guided tour of the famed temples, which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dinner is at your hotel this evening.
You are assisted with your checkout from your hotel in the morning and then you are driven to Orcha and after your exploration of the ruins you continue with your drive to Agra and on arrival check-in to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel
After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit Agra Fort & the Taj mahal (Closed on Fridays).
In the morning drive to Ranthambore and on arrival, check-in at the hotel. Ranthambore Wildlife Sanctuary - This Park is one of the leading examples of Project Stay at the hotel overnight. (Vehicle for transfer only)
After breakfast in the morning and lunch in the afternoon go for game drives in open shared jeeps/canter (jeeps are subject to availability). Stay at the hotel overnight. (No vehicle)
In the morning jeep safari to the national Park to view wildlife and bird species then return to hotel for breakfast then drive to Jaipur and on arrival at Jaipur check-in at the hotel. On arrival, check-in at Hotel Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and stay overnight at hotel.
Morning excursions to Amber Fort with an Elephant ride up the hill and descend by jeep followed with city tour. Dinner and stay overnight at hotel.
Morning drive to Jodhpur and on arrival visit the Meharangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone Hill, including Moti-Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing Marble Memorium built in 1899 and the museum located in the Umaid Public Gardens. Return to your hotel after your tour, where you will have dinner this evening.
Morning drives to Udaipur visiting Ranakpur Temples enroot. Surya Temple and other Jain Temples are side attractions. Then continue drive to Udaipur and on arrive check-in at hotel. Dinner and stay overnight at hotel.
Morning tour of Udaipur. Visit the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, drive around Fatehsagar Lake, Sahelion ki bari (Queen's resort for her friends) and Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir (Folk art museum). Dinner and stay overnight at hotel.
Fly to Mumbai after breakfast. On arrival at Mumbai you are greeted by A Vacations International Facilitator and chauffeur. Following Lunch, you’ll exploring Mumbai city including a visit to Dr. Bhau Daji Laud Museum. During your time at the museum, Later Visit the city’s signature landmark, The Gateway of India, situated overlooking Mumbai’s harbor. Dinner will be at your boutique hotel this evening.
After breakfast transfer to the airport where you are assisted with boarding the early morning flight to Aurangabad. After exploring the caves at Ajanta you drive back to Aurangabad and your hotel. Dinner will be at your hotel this evening.
This morning you will proceed for a half day guided excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ellora, Visit 34 Caves at Ellora, The epitome of this is Cave 16, the awe-inspiring Kailash Temple. It was finished during the 8th century and is supposed to evoke one of the abodes of Lord Shiva, Mount Kailash in the Himalayas. The Kailash Temple is notable for its immense scale and detail; it is the most awe-inspiring of all of the amazing monuments at Ajanta Ellora. More than 200,000 tons of rock was excavated and six generations of craftsmen worked for a hundred and twenty years to create this masterpiece. On your way back to your hotel, you will stop at Daulatabad Fort. Dinner will be at your hotel this evening.
In the morning transfer airport to board flight to Mumbai from where connect with the flight to Cochin - you will have checked your bags through from Aurangabad. Afternoon - You are at leisure this afternoon. You can relax and enjoy your boutique hotel. Dinner will be at your boutique hotel this evening.
Spend the afternoon with local sightseeing in and around Cochin - the “Queen of Arabian Sea”, this is one of the finest natural harbors in the World and was one of the major centers for commerce and trade with British, Chinese, Portugese, Dutch, etc. Sightseeing attractions in Cochin include Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Jewish Street, St. Francis Church and Chinese Fishing Nets.
After having the sumptuous breakfast proceed to the boat Jetty to board the traditionally decorated Backwater Cruise and begin the enchanting Backwater Cruise. Backwater Cruise is a unique product of Kerala and is found no where else in the world. Sparkling greens, emerald backwaters, coir-laden houseboats and magical beauty heals your mind and body as you travel to surreal Kerala. Overnight stay in the Backwater Cruise.
For departure, you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight. (Vehicle for transfer)
